Of course! GLAAWC is for anyone that shares a passion for African American literature. Come, learn, or just experience—our doors are open to all!

How many times does GLAAWC happen each year?

GLAAWC is an annual event. Typically happening once every fall. We our hosting our Fifth Annual GLAAWC on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022. Hold tight as there may be a special event on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2022, too!

Where will GLAAWC be held?

GLAWWC will be held at the Cleveland Public Library (CPL) – Louis Stokes Auditorium (525 Superior Avenue, CLE 44114)

Is GLAAWC free?

Yes! GLAAWC is a free event, whether you’re in person, or virtual. 

Can I attend GLAAWC virtually?

Yes! Once you register, you will receive the link(s) to view GLAAWC 2022!

How long does GLAAWC last? 

10 a.m. – 5: 30 p.m. (with a lunch break TBD).

Will there be food?

Mostly likely, we made have two food trucks outside CPL. More to come on this!
